    Website Currency

      • Our default currency is in New Zealand Dollars but you can change to your preferred currency at the bottom footer of our website.

        What Payment options are provided?

        • All major credit cards are accepted
        • Apple Pay
        • AfterPay (available in NZ & AU)

          Do we offer gift wrapping?

            • Yes we most certainly do!
            • You have the option to add gift wrapping to your order on the product pages (above the "add to cart" button and in the cart page itself before you head to the checkout - it will inform us of your choices and what you would like written on your gift card.
            • If your purchase is being sent to a giftee then we will send you an invoice via email and leave it out of the package.

                How long does it take for my order to shipped? 

                  • Generally all orders are shipped within 24 hours.
                  • At peak times (new launches and sales) there may be a delay in sending out your order. We aim to send them out as soon as possible so you aren't left waiting.

                                  How does your sizing run?

                                    • We have chosen to size our clothing in age gaps, please note all children are different and we encourage you check our size guides on the product pages 
                                    • A general rule of thumb: 3M = 3-6 months, 6M = 6-12 months (our newborn sizing is based on a 0-3 month size).

                                      Size Exchange?

                                                • Feel free to contact us if you have any questions – always size up if you are unsure or in-between sizes.
                                                • If you need a size exchange, return shipping of the original items are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will ship the replacements free of charge (for full priced items only).
                                                • ALL GARMENTS TO BE EXCHANGED MUST BE SENT BACK IN BRAND NEW CONDITION - we cannot exchange worn or washed garments.
                                                • Please try on your garments before washing them to ensure you are eligible to exchange them if they're not the right fit for your child.

                                                Returns?

                                                • Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
                                                • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
                                                • Sale items and made to order products are exempt from being returned. We cannot refund for these items.
                                                • Additional non-returnable items:
                                                  • Gift cards
                                                • To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
                                                • Refunds (if applicable)
                                                  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
                                                  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
                                                • Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
                                                  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
                                                  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@buckandbaa.com.
                                                • Sale items (if applicable) 
                                                  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
                                                • Exchanges (if applicable) 
                                                  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@buckandbaa.com and we will reply to you with the returns address. 
                                                • Gifts 
                                                  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
                                                  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
                                                • To return your product, email hello@buckandaa.com for the returns address.
                                                  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
                                                  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

                                                    Where are our organic cotton clothing and accessories produced?

                                                      • We design all garments here in New Zealand.
                                                      • Our organic cotton range is made ethically by our partners in India and China under fair trade terms and conditions.
