    COVID-19 International Shipment delays

    There may be delays on any parcels going overseas from NZ as the world is currently dealing with the COVID19 pandemic - there are less planes in the air which may lead to delays



    Our default currency is in New Zealand Dollars but you can change to your preferred currency at the drop down menu at the very top left of our website.

    Once you proceed to checkout, our prices will revert back to NZ Dollars but your credit card will be charged in your country's currency.


    Free shipping options: (Minimum order amounts are in NZ Dollars).

    • Free Rural New Zealand shipping on all orders over $100
    • Free Australian DHL Express shipping on orders over $140
    • Free Worldwide shipping on all orders over $250

    $5.90 for RURAL addresses

    Australia Shipping

     DHL Express 2-3 Working days

    AU Shipping NZ$14.90

    (orders over NZ$140 are shipped free of charge). 

    International Shipping

     We have two options for International shipping: 

    Standard Tracked Postage (longer wait time for parcels - this option will take 1-2 weeks). NZ$16.90

    DHL Express for a speedy delivery of 2-3 working days NZ$30

    (International orders over NZ$250 are shipped free of charge).

    Please note: Tolls, local taxes and other (customs) fees may apply to international shipments and will not be reimbursed.
