all prices are in New Zealand dollars. You can change the currency at the top left of our website, but please note: the checkout page will revert back to NZ dollars. You will still be charged in your country's currency.

- Pre-Order Items - what happens with these?
Pre-order items are products that aren't yet in stock with Buck & Baa but are on their way and will be shipped as soon as they reach our storeroom - we are transparent with our timelines and state that a product is a pre-order item at the top of the product description in BOLD writing.
If you are ordering from our pre-order summer range, we are not guaranteeing a delivery before Christmas BUT we will do everything we can to get your goodies to you in time for St. Nicks' arrival!
If you are outside of NZ and would like your outfit in time for Christmas, please choose express shipping to give your parcel the best opportunity to make it abroad with plenty of time before the big day.
As soon as our range is in our hands, goods will be dispatched within 48 hours.
Do we offer gift wrapping?
Yes we most certainly do! Our gift wrapping service is complimentary for any items that are intended to be gifts. Please just leave a comment when placing your order which items you would like to be wrapped. If your purchase is being sent to a giftee then we can send you an invoice via email and leave it out of the package.
We also have cute gift cards available which we can write in for you or leave them blank to write your own message.

Yes we do! Orders from all over the globe are welcome here at buckandbaa.com
We have chosen to state our sizes in ages. However, every child is different and also sizes may differ from brand to brand.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions – always size up if you are unsure or in-between sizes.
If you need a size exchange, return shipping of the original items are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will ship the replacements free of charge.
ALL GARMENTS TO BE EXCHANGED MUST BE SENT BACK IN BRAND NEW CONDITION - we cannot exchange worn or washed garments. Please try on your garments before washing them to ensure you are eligible to exchange them if they're not the right fit for your child.
Where are our garments produced?
We design all garments here in New Zealand, our merino range is also made in New Zealand from New Zealand merino wool.
Our organic cotton range is made ethically by our partners in India under fair trade terms and conditions.
