International Orders

If you are purchasing from outside of New Zealand, a customs or import duty charge may incur. buckandbaa.com have no control over this and we are unable to tell you what they may be, as it is based on your own country’s compliance and regulations. If you want more information you will have to contact your local customs office.
Orders cannot be returned to sender. All charges are to be paid on delivery of order by the customer. buckandbaa.com will never pay these customs charges for you.
If you select un-tracked shipping please note that there is no way for us to locate your parcels once they have left our stockroom.
We are unable to replace/refund your orders if you choose un-tracked shipping so we do recommend that you choose our courier option as security.
If tracked shipments go missing we will replace the item free of charge.

Pre-Order Items
If you have placed an order and one or more of the items are a "pre-order" product (specified at the top of the description on the product page in BOLD writing) then your order will not be shipped until all items are ready to be sent.

Example one: If you order from the organics range and it's ready to send but you also have a pair of merino pants in your order, then then entire order will be shipped when the merino pants have been manufactured.

Example two: If you have ordered from the organics range and you've also included a rattle which is labeled as "pre-order" then your entire order will be shipped when the rattle is in stock and ready to send.
If you do not want to wait then we suggest making two orders - we unfortunately will not ship partial orders as it will require double the postage costs.

Return Policy | Refunds


If you need a size exchange, return shipping of the original items are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will ship the replacements free of charge.
ALL GARMENTS TO BE EXCHANGED MUST BE SENT BACK IN BRAND NEW CONDITION - we cannot exchange worn or washed garments. Please try on your garments before washing them to ensure you are eligible to exchange them if they're not the right fit for your child.

Accepting Goods

It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the goods and contact us within seven days to notify us of any faults.

buckandbaa.com protects all information provided by our customers. We do not store any personal information and all our data is confidential and used strictly for internal use and order inquiries.

Custom Orders

If you find an item that you love and it’s not in stock in the size you need, then please send us and email as we may be able to offer a custom made item to suit. Turnaround time for any custom orders are specified on each product's description.

We do not offer refunds on any custom orders. However we can offer you the opportunity to store credit or an exchange from another item in the shop.
